Because everything at Wellsown is made by hand in small batches, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged during shipping.

That said, we want you to feel cared for and confident in your order. If something doesn’t arrive as it should, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can take care of it and make things right.
